Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind returns — we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items — we will cover all return shipping costs. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue so we can make it right.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale items and gift cards
- Perishable goods
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at knottybutnice26@gmail.com.
European Union
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.
